Inspection service
Elevator experts will periodically inspect the elevator and provide guidance for the site engineer in preventative elevator maintenance.

One card for each elevator
User details will be established for each escalator under maintenance and all kinds of data and analysis report for escalator operation will be periodically reported to the user.

Supervision service
When a user of elevator under maintenance conducts important activities (e.g. opening ceremony, significant meeting and activities), or key leaders or clients visit, the user may notify the services department of our company in advance and our company will confirm the safe operations of elevators to be used and send special personnel to conduct on-site supervision during the activities.

Reminding service
Upon the coming material inclement weather, our company will inform the user in a written form (call under urgency) of taking protective actions for elevators and the way to protect so as to prevent from any unnecessary damage either on elevator or the user.
05.
Visiting service
Any user concluding a maintenance contract with Sanei will enjoy our visiting service of delivering spare parts and accessories, free of service fee and a preferential discount price for some parts.
